This month Jim hosted a webinar with our business partner Renee Parris of Forecast Estate Planning. She outlines the differences between a will and a trust and clarifies why every family with minors or special needs adult children needs a Revocable Living Trust.
We used Forecast Estate Planning to create our Revocable Living Trust in 2024 which has brought incredible peace of mind to both Jim and myself that our affairs are in order and our daughter will be properly cared for in our absence. The process also inspired us so much that Jim has trained to become an estate planner with Renee and he is now offering estate planning consultations.
